During the purchase process of Gulf to Bay in 1991 I had the honor of being one of the three negotiators in buying the Park.
As I had one of the only computers available it was used to create many of the documents during that time.
I recently came across some files I couldn't read on an old hard drive as they were written in old programs no longer used.
I managed to go back and find some that opened them and have reproduced them as the PDF documents you will find on these pages.
I included all I found including some personal ones related to the situation at the time which was quite tumultuous as many of the
former residents assumed they would be forced out of their homes, which was not the case and everyone who wished to stay was offered
the opportunity to remain either as a renter or owner. Those who wished to become owners that could not afford it were helped either with
mortgages by the Cooperative or many private parties.
